💡 Dosage and Usage:
🕗 MORNING - start of the day:
1 tablespoon on an empty stomach before breakfast
➡️ Kicks-start detoxification, digestion and hormonal activity

🏋️ BEFORE TRAINING or PHYSICAL EXERCISE:
1-2 teaspoons about 30 minutes before activity
➡️ Supports energy, focus and performance

🧠 DAILY - for fatigue or stress:
1 teaspoon between meals (max 3 times a day)
