Personal data refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, who can be identified in particular by an identifier (e.g., name, identification number, location data, unique identifier, or by physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social characteristics).

The controller has not appointed a data protection officer.

II. Sources and Categories of Personal Data Processed

The controller processes personal data provided by you or obtained in the course of fulfilling your order.
Processed data include identification, contact, and data necessary for contract performance.

III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Data Processing

The legal basis for processing is:
a) performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
b) the controller’s legitimate interest in direct marketing (sending commercial communications and newsletters) under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
c) your consent to processing for direct marketing purposes under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in connection with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll.

The purpose of processing is:
a) processing orders and fulfilling contractual obligations,
b) sending commercial communications and marketing activities.

No automated individual decision-making under Article 22 GDPR is carried out.

IV. Newsletter Subscription Confirmation

With your consent, we process your email address to send newsletters and marketing information for 5 years, unless you revoke your consent earlier.
You may unsubscribe at any time via email.

V. Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored:
a) for the duration of the contract and until claims become time-barred (15 years from the end of the contractual relationship),
b) for the duration of marketing consent, for a maximum of 5 years.
After this period, the data will be deleted.

VI. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data is shared with:
a) companies involved in the delivery of goods/services,
b) e-shop service providers (e.g., Shopify),
c) marketing service providers,
d) social media administrators, if you communicate with us through them.

We specifically share data with Balíkobot, which integrates PPL courier services for delivery.

If third parties process your data based on their legitimate interests, we are not responsible for such processing.
Data is not transferred to third countries (outside the EU).

VII. Your Rights

You have the right:

to access your personal data,

to rectification and restriction of processing,

to erasure,

to object to processing,

to data portability,

VIII. Data Security Conditions

The controller has implemented technical and organizational measures to protect personal data (passwords, firewall, antivirus, encryption). Access is restricted to authorized persons only.
